Julian Castell is a developer-financier and private placement broker. He packages places into products and sells them to the anxious and the ambitious.
He is persuasive, polished and always early to the next opportunity. Every case with Castell comes back to one question: who pays him?
In Case File 001, he tells Marcus the window is closing, and he puts his own forecast on the record against Sovereo's.
