About Sovereo
Sovereo Intelligence Research is a systems intelligence publisher based in Bogotá, Colombia, founded by Todd Allyn. It reads how decisions made across geopolitics, culture, technopolitics, astropolitics, rare earths and minerals reach individual lives. The Sovereo Universe is its story-driven series.
Why a comic series
We live in a macro world and make micro decisions. A headline about a strait, a central bank or a mine can change a budget, a move or a retirement plan, yet most coverage stops at the headline.
The Sovereo Universe goes the rest of the way. Each case follows one event to one person's choice and shows the thinking in between: the question, the evidence, the tempting take, and a forecast that gets scored later. Readers see their own decisions in the characters without being told what to do.
The founders
Todd Allyn is the Founding Director of Sovereo Intelligence Research and brings more than 20 years in decision sciences and research. Señora Luz leads Sovereo beside him. Both appear in the series with consent; every other character is fictional.
